We offer our grounds as a riding club now.  And just like clubs, there is a membership fee which allows you a discount to club functions.  Below I have priced what you can reserve as a member of DMDP Riding Club.If you want to reserve the arena for a private ride, practicing a test let's say, that fee will be more than if you want to just come ride in the arena where there may or may not be other rides going on.  Or there may be an educational program going on at DMDP, this would give you a discount if it is a DMDP sponsored program.   No discount if some one leases the entire facility for a function, since they will have their own pricing for attendance.   

To become a member of DMDPRC, you pay a membership fee of $20.00.  This fee entitles you to reserve dates and times for arena, property ride etc.  All reservations and rides on property must have membership to DMDPRC.

Private arena for l hour - $100   When available.   Includes watered arena, letters set up.  You can share with a couple of  your friends if you like, limit four riders, they must be DMDPRC members.

DMDPRC  Members Grounds fee,  $20.00 to just use the hills and grounds to ride around, have photos shots, with no arena work and horses tied to trailers.  

Private Riding Lesson with Vera $75.00 -45 minute lesson DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER

Private body work for Rider- $125.00 it takes about 1 1/2  DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER

Day Stall $25.00 use, you care, clean and bring your own buckets and horse health certificates  

Complete Stall $45.00, shavings, buckets, your care.

Over night stays available and we have two RV hook ups and a Gazebo bnb sleeps two.   So if you want to plan a girls getaway, play with your horses, go antiqueing and dining.  Just let me know and we can make it happen!   

RV hook ups $30.00 per trailer/RV, two 50 Amp available 

Gazebo $100.00 a night if you bring your own towels and bedding

Gazebo $200.00 for first night and $100.00 a night afterwards if you want towels/bedding supplied.  

Other is for attendance to Workshops, education and "other" stuff, amount to be announced with program.

Simply text me at 210-213-4556 for a date and time wanted, if available, then go to the website and pay.  Cancellations will be fully refunded (less paypal charge) for grounds if not able to make it.   Arena reservations need to be given a two week notice for a refund.   Limited amount of riders on property at a time for safety.   Sorry, no jumping, sliding stops in arena.
